The staff were great but...

Liked: The ladies at the front desk at check-in were very courteous and helpful.
Disliked: The room was NOT cleaned good and the halls smelled like dog. Also, some items in the room were old and cracking.

Don’t stay here!

Liked: Easy on/off I81
Disliked: The beds were rock hard, the TV didn’t work, absolutely no usb ports, unable to plug in coffee maker in room, door to room didn’t fully close. Will never book this place again.

Liked: I liked the whirlpool tub in the bedroom
Disliked: I booked it for the indoor swimming pool disappointed that it wasn't on the website that has been closed for 3 years. If the pool was closed they should let people know.
