Liked: Check in was super fast, staff was very friendly. The room was super clean, with a big comfy king bed.
Disliked: Larger ice bucket

Liked: Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast Personnel were very nice & professional. Easy location just off I-35. Great price through Booking.com.
Disliked: First, let me say, they are remodeling half of the hotel at this time. There is the smell of (?) pet urine on the first floor. The smell of cigarette smoke was filtering into our room from possibly adjoining or room above or below us.

Liked: Been staying at this hotel for going on 20 years and it's always been very clean, comfortable for our travelling family, the location is great right off the interstate with lots of food options, and the breakfast is very convenient in the mornings.

Liked: I liked the privacy we had with the location. The whirlpool was much needed
Disliked: I didn’t like I had to pre clean the whirlpool it had hair strands in it, there was also dried paint splatters all over the bottom of the shower also we still had dried urine all over our toilet seat. We called the front desk and he told us it was a “cleaner they used and it probably wasn’t wiped completely away”. He sent his laundry attendant to clean it and which she confirmed it was urine but she was also sick with strep which is contagious because she had admitted to not seeing a doctor. I wish the rooms were cleaner and kept more sanitary

Disliked: Bathroom needed work shower door was stuck. Shower head was broken. Ceiling in.bedroom was peeling.
