Excellent value, room was clean,...

Liked: Breakfast was excellent value - I appreciated that there was real cooked food (ie, eggs, sausage, waffles) rather than just cold cereals. Breakfast dining area was overcrowded, but I suspect that is because hotel was booked solid with people there to view the eclipse, and wouldn't be a regular occurrence. We were able to take food to our room and eat there.
Disliked: Cleaning staff left their items in the hall for extended time such as bagged garbage that needed to go out.

Liked: the hotel is good, clean, nice, good location, nearby some food restaurants, 15 min drive from the beach/marina, very comfy pillows
Disliked: the breakfast area is too small and it was inconvenient

Liked: Location was very good. Staff were friendly and professional. The beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Breakfast was very basic. Only one chair to sit in a double room is very uncomfortable.
