Disappointed

Disliked: 1. When I got to the door of my room neither key cards worked. I had to drag my luggages down to the lobby and get new key cards. When I got to my room the second time, one key card worked and the other didn’t. 2. The room was not very clean. There was dust and ants on the desk.

Comfortable beds and room rate...

Liked: Breakfast was terrible. Undercooked bacon and there was hair in the tray of eggs. The plastic utensils weee so cheesy you couldn’t even use the knives
Disliked: Our room keys stopped working a total of 6 times between 2 rooms. We did not have them near our phones Also, the elevator was SO loud and our rooms were near the elevator. It woke us up so many times. People coming off the elevator were so loud as well. The insulation must not be good because it was terribly loud

Liked: I loved the pool and whirlpool and kindness of staff
Disliked: I feelcourtesy water is a good plus to give free as other hotels does and a littlemore variety for breakfast would be good very kind staff and helpful and maybe one morning of turkey product or we can get it upon request
