Liked: The beds and linen on the bed was clean. No bugs at all. The room was clean but had a smell do to the fridge being unplugged as well as the microwave.
Disliked: The face cloths were dingy. The internet kept going out all night. Was unable to enjoy the television. The pool water was filthy. Even the next morning the pool was still dirty.

Liked: Decent price. With a pool. Even included a decent breakfast.

Dirty, dirty

Liked: My son enjoyed the pool.
Disliked: We got there. We went down to the pool right away. To me the tempature was a little cold. When we went back to our room we ordered pizza. We started to settle in a little and noticed aunts everywhere. The bath tub was dirty, the toilet would not flush. I brought it to the desk attention. I was told they could bring me a plunger. It was a handle issue though. And I wasn't plunging anything for them. Of course noone showed to fix the issue anyway. Their were stains on the sheets, and hair in the bed. The heat did not work. A customer was given a key card to an already occupied room. I felt my son and my safety were compromised do to this. I told all of this to the front desk. He asked if I would like another room. I said, no I would rather go home. He laughed and said ok. I had made my reservation with booking.com. They contacted the hotel to no avail. Booking.com representative was very nice and tried to help. A full refund would have been nice, although I thought a partial refund would be nice enough to acknowledge our inconvenience. However I never heard anything back. So I thought a fair review would be appropriate. Also you have to turn right out of the location when you leave. Having to go several blocks out of your way to get turned around to go the other way. We are local residents wh9 enjoy having a break every once in a while. This is the first bad experience in our 20 years of reserving hotels. We of course will never return to this hotel. Super disappointed. But it is what it is and lesson learned.
