Disappointing due to parking fee...

Liked: Parking!! You charged me $40 to park for 2 days in your parking lot. Why would you charge guests to park. My other family members were not charged, I’d like a refund for parking or I will never stay at this property again.
Disliked: You charged me $40 to park my rental in your parking lot. Where else was I supposed to park?? I feel gouged!!My family in another room on a separate booking didnt pay for parking. This was unfair and simply WRONG!

Terrible

Liked: Not much.
Disliked: The entire door to the hotel wasn't shut tight you could see light coming in around the entire door. While standing outside the door you could hear every last thing that was said in everyone's room, we got back from SeaWorld around 9:20 all we did was change and get ready for bed because we were so tired and we got a call from downstairs saying that it sounded like someone was banging on things at our room so us being back 10 minutes and getting our family situated for the night was bothering people. I've never stayed in a hotel room that it was that non-sound proof. The elevator were absolutely terrible 2 for the entire building and it's huge! And one was closed because it wasn't working right!!! Would not stay again. Breakfast also was not the greatest

Liked: This property like many others in the Orlando area are over used and under maintained. Everywhere in the property shows a need for upkeep, upgrades and maintenance
Disliked: Its criminal to charge $50 a night for parking in an outdoor parking lot!
