Disliked: I'm thinking of not using you. Everything was wrong when I got the wrong room , wrong bed said they would bring g a roll away at midnight I stopped waiting. I had to move everything out to to the car and the next day rebook in.. my sister had a bad arm so,it wasn't OK. The man who was guest services you couldn't understand anything he said. So, I would have to give you a 0. I have 6 days and 3 different property booked in June and July if this is how it goes I would rather just book my self.

Liked: I loved how easy and friendly checking in was. Even with the lady dealing with a rude customer over a AAA discount she was still so nice. The hotel was very clean as well.
Disliked: The air conditioning did not seem to work. I also hated how no one was watching the pool. The pool was the reason we booked and there were parents in there drinking and letting their older kids constantly jump in the pool. Not really fun for my 3 year old

Liked: Loved the choices and that chef prepared items to order. Was surprised as usually price of meal is included in my booking
Disliked: That meal wasn't included in booking
