Liked: The location was great, there was several good restaurants very close less then 5 minutes away. the room was very comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about what was located near by. The complementary breakfast was very good.
Disliked: The shower curtain rod was loose at one end so the curtain would not stay closed and it let a large amount of water on the floor. The towels could of been softer.

Comfort Inn is the perfect...

Liked: I loved that multi-grain waffle mix was offered. Bananas would be a great addition. Medford is the only Comfort Inn to offers warm chocolate chip cookies to guests.
Disliked: There is no place in the bathrooms to hang a towel or washcloth. This is curiously absent in ALL Comfort Inns. It is sad that no other Comfort Inn offers warm chocolate chip cookies to guests.

Liked: Upkeep needed kept up with. Bathroom door had a hole in it. Carpets were stained. Toilet seat was loose

Liked: The Free Breakfast and the friendly Service.
Disliked: There were are few housekeeping items that should be looked into- Curtains were coming down, blood stain on white comforter, stains on the carpet in two different spaces. There were also a few maintenance issues that should be addressed as well.
