Liked: Checking out
Disliked: Refused to work with me on refunding my second room due to the person who was suppose to travel with me death. Put me in a handicap room next to the lobby and breakfast room which was very loud.

Liked: The breakfast provided.
Disliked: The plumbing needs to be worked on. The first room had a broken toilet. Second room had a leaky shower faucet and no drain plug. I did mention these items upon leaving. Hopefully they got fixed.

I would stay again as the hotel was in a convenient spot and the staff were great.

Liked: Location. I generally really love comfort Inn.we have stay at the hotel before and had a wonderful experience, this time it was the opposite.
Disliked: When we checked into our room the door handle fell off.. It was late in the evening and rather than reducing the rate of over a $170 a night or on our next stay, or move our room, she wanted to come up and work on the door. No, no thank you! Then the bathroom door didn't shut, it was like an inch and a 1/2 open. The breakfast wasn't anything like the one served at the Macon MO Comfort Inn. Mediocre at a high price.
