Tucked neatly away this hotel is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting Lancaster PA. Our room was awesome, so clean and the most comfy beds! The breakfast area was clean and neat - a variety of foods to fill your belly. I give this hotel a definite thumbs up!
Liked: Very friendly and helpful staff. Checked in early and the room was perfect!

Very poor
Liked: Shower was terrible. It sounded like it would fly off the wall. Carpet and room overall not that clean. Bed very springy and uncomfortable. Only one roll of toilet paper in the room and two towels. Very noisy. Had to call the front desk to ask them to quiet people down at 10pm.
Disliked: I feel we should get refunded.

OK for just 2 nights....
Liked: bed was comfortable. front desk lady was nice. room was good.
Disliked: Pool was cloudy so choose not go in. Heater/AC had mold in it which is unhealthy. We saw lights from three fire engines outside the window at night and went in the hallway. People were out there wondering what to do. There were like ten firemen in the hallway with their picks and axes, but no alarm ever sounded and no staff told us what to do. We still don't know what happened. I heard a microwave in a room was on fire. I understand stuff can happen, but they need a fire alarm to warn / wake up guests!! Breakfast food was cold. Baked goods were stale. Coffee and tea water was cold the almost the whole time. The overhead light in the room constantly blinked so we couldn't use it. Pillow cases smelled like they were left in the washer sitting for a while before they went in the dryer.
