Liked: Overall, the Hotel was nicer than others in the area that I’ve stayed at.
Disliked: The Bathroom floor was sticky AND the bottom shelf (under the sink) where towels were was majorly dusty. I took one of the towels and cleaned it off.

Liked: The bedroom was clean and the building is nice! We had easy access to our room once we realized we had to turn the handle upwards to open instead of down. Would stay again!

Best value with some issues...

Liked: Best value for lodging near CWRU. 20 minutes to campus. Would have had to pay almost double anywhere else.Rooms were decently clean.We slept pretty well.Breakfast was adequate and satisfying.Loved having all day drinking water and hot water/coffee that never ran out and was always hot.All the staff were very friendly.
Disliked: 1. Sofa bed mattress cover was stained and had a small piece of trash on it when we opened it up. They gave us a lot of sheets to cover it up and also a discount for one of our nights (we were thinking we should have gotten 2 night discount since the issue was still there on the second night)2. Tub drain did not catch hair. Clogged very easily.3. No fitness center.
