Helpful staff; clean, comfortable and good sized rooms. The hotel offers plenty of services at quite a good price. Breakfast is quite fine.

The hotel is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly. The room has everything you need to make it a nice stay, is comfortable and the size is OK. Very good location, in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter and within walking distance of the San Diego Convention Center. Definitely would stay again.

Perfect location for the San...

Liked: The breakfast was okay. The location is perfect, as it is just 15 minutes by walk from the San Diego Convention Center. The room was a bit noisy, but tolerable for my standards.
Disliked: It has been impossible to receive a proper invoice, which is something that I explicitly requested during the booking process. In this regard, the property was not responsive at all in any way and this is not acceptable when accepting clients who travel for business: indeed, a proper invoice is often a fundamental document for reimbursement properties.

Great place to stay for...

Liked: Nice location in San Diego Gaslamp district. Room was small, but clean. Decent for a short stay. Staff were very nice. Kind of odd that the sink was not in the bathroom but in the room itself.
Disliked: Price was kind of high... but maybe appropriate for downtown San Diego. Parking was an add-on charge of $50 for a spot in the outdoor lot. Small coffee-maker and not enough coffee. Not enough counter space for toiletries and food. Breakfast was standard hotel food.
