I will NEVER book here...

Liked: Comfy bed.
Disliked: They charged my card 3 times. I called and spoke with Angela. She advised me to give her 30 minutes. I called back after an hour for her to say she didn’t get time to look into it. I called back again and got no answer. No one has called me back or fixed the issue. This caused my account to be overdrawn and I can’t access funds. This is unacceptable. I’ve never had an issue calling a company about a charge and they not look into the issue IMMEDIATELY!! I will NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN. And someone needs to call me back. Customer service is HORRIBLE

Nice staff but nasty room

Liked: Staff nice and polite
Disliked: Nasty dirty carpet and bedding. We went to Walmart to buy disposable sheets a blanket towels and Lysol spray to disenfect the entire room
