Amazing experience, we will visit...

Liked: The whole experience was very nice my family and I loved how clean and organized the room was. You guys actually thought of everything that the family needs in one room, excellent work.

Good location

Liked: The location is perfect for visiting the main attractions at Niagara Falls. Close to the wego bus and to the main streets. Room was at 7 floor, very clean and beds were very comfortable.
Disliked: There is a bad smell of muld in all the common spaces, especially in the aisle of each floor. The quality of the breakfast is low.

A place to sleep

Liked: The breakfast was great, the location was wonderful and staff was friendly
Disliked: The room had cockroaches and I cut my leg on a sharp edge in the hot tub, not the place I have stayed at many times before
