Exceptional

Clean (with one exception) and...

Liked: Clean (mostly) and comfortable, with friendly staff, and a convenient location. The rooms were large, with a workspace, and mini-fridge that has a real freezer. The bed was firm but comfortable. The breakfast was simple, but the hot items were hot, and the food tasted good. Overall, a mostly pleasant experience. I would stay there again.
Disliked: Only one real problem, and depending on how squeamish one is, it could be a real deal breaker for some folks. When I got to my room, as I was placing toiletries in the bathroom, I noticed that the floor has some footprints near the toilet, as if someone had stepped on a freshly mopped floor with dirty shoes. Not a big deal, but when I lifted the toilet lid, the seat appeared to have a few dried urine drops on it. (unless water spots turn yellow when dried out in the Denver area, which I doubt) So I grabbed a washcloth and cleaned the floor and toilet. Having been a janitor in my youth, I've cleaned far worse, but this unfortunate oversight by the cleaning crew is why I didn't give the hotel a better rating. I can easily see some folks being completely freaked by an incident like this, so I didn't want to just ignore it.

Disliked: My dog was over weight limit so we were not able to check in and we did not get our money refunded so we just lost out on that money.

Liked: Comfortable bed , clean room good location.
Disliked: None

Bad

Disliked: I am very displeased with my stay. The couch cushions were stained, toilet seat broken, no water pressure in shower and beds not made correctly. Besides that the nerve to charge a 100$ security. Never again!

Disliked: Too many homeless people in the area and even entering the hotel for breakfast and just walking around

Needs Some Attention

Liked: Location great. Local diner just across the parking lot.
Disliked: TV wasn't plugged in. The lamp on the desk wasn't plugged in because there wasn't an outlet on the wall. The coffee maker didn't work. Empty Sprite can under the desk. The up/down controls on the treadmill didn't work. The TP holder was hot glued to the wall and kept falling off.
