Liked: the breakfast was ok the morning staff was friendly
Disliked: The room and hall had a funny smell. The comforter had stains when asked for a replacement was told there weren't anymore. When checking the dresser to place items there was someone's dirty underclothes left behind. The tv kept messing up saying no internet connection so you couldn't watch tv.

Poor experience, doesn’t meet expectations.

Disliked: Lots of noise from outside and other rooms. We were not able to sleep properly. rooms were not clean, bedding were not clean. My kid was disappointed with interior and room lights, very dull looking room. I was very upset because my family was very disappointed with the room.
