Disliked: There was hairs all over the ned and we had to change the bed sheets. They didn't even reduce the price.

Disliked: Security was bad exterior doors did not lock, room safe was inoperable, telephone in room did not work at all. All three were mentioned to front door staff but nothing was resolved and we were at the hotel for 5 nights. The food served at breakfast featured expired bananas (good for banana bread). My husband got food poisoning and was severely ill after eating breakfast our first day we did not have breakfast at the hotel after that experience. The tv remote was confusing and difficult to navigate. The hot tub does not function as a hot tub as vent are broken and water cannot be directed towards the pool but squirts above the pool so there is no whirlpool effect.
