Liked: The gentleman Anki was very friendly and helpful and provide us the best service what you are looking for as a guest. Apart from this breakfast, cleaning, bed and Staff and location and all the other amenities was so perfect for our family stay. The gentlemen let us check-in early and checked out little late.

Liked: Convenient Location near highwayPricing was for the eclipse so it was higher than normal but still less than other hotels in the area. Staff was attentive
Disliked: The property is undergoing a renovation so a lot of parts are older looking, beds were full size so small for two adults to share, smoking lounge too close to the side exit.

Liked: Got placed into a more acceptable room, the personnel is friendly. For the price of the stay I did not expect much luxury, but the only thing I want is a clean space to sleep.
Disliked: Cleanliness: Molt in the room, broken carpet, missing fridge, microwave on the floor, generally dirty (dust/hair), missing duvet, blood on the blanket (its not a good sign when your customer goes to target to buy a clean towel and Duvet…). Let it be clear that having to go up to the front desk to point out these kind of things, is just as embarrassing for the customer as it is to the staff.
