Liked: Convenient to Ballston Metro (hotel provides a shuttle, but we walked) about 0.5 miles. Also convenient to I-66. Comfortable room, friendly staff
Disliked: Aging elevator didn’t open until we pushed the “open” button. Breakfast was hot but not good — second day no bacon or sausage, weak coffee, inedible eggs and stiff pancakes. Water damage in bathroom

Arlington Cemetery Service

Liked: The hotel was easy to find and did not charge for parking. The breakfasts choices were varied and tasty.
Disliked: The location of our room was not the greatest. It was the farthest room from the elevator. I use a Walker and my spouse uses a cane.

Liked: The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The housekeeping staff was not friendly. Some did not speak even after being spoke to. The breakfast person was rude. I was asking her a question and she ignored me and went to the back.
