Pleasant

Liked: Place is elegant but seems a little beat down- elevator brass is dirty and scuffed- the button panel is missing screws. The room was big and elegant- the bathroom a little tight. The lobby is great- with awesome staff and a great bar with local beer on tap. The gym is nothing to get excited about but most hotels are like that- besides your sitting at the base of the Rocky Mountains.

Not satisfied or comfortable

Liked: The location was nice
Disliked: The bedding was unacceptable ...comforter was dirty and made my visit uncomfortable. I spoke to the supervisor about the issue and showed the pictures. Nothing was resolved.

Liked: The Colorado Springs Marriott has a very Friendly staff that was very helpful and hospitable.
Disliked: Somebody left the windows open in my corner room, it was freezing cold until I tracked down the source of the problem.
