Horrible, unprofessional, and never again

Disliked: Ac did not work in room and was given a portable fan which only made it humid after deciding to leave was refused my refund stating I stayed longer than 30 min to request money back

Liked: It's walking distance from knotts berry farm
Disliked: Very unclean and smelled horrible

Go anywhere else!

Liked: Location it was right next door to Knott's berry farm and on the oc bus line.
Disliked: Roach motel. Not ideal if you are traveling with children which you probably are like seeing how the Knott's berry farm is located right next door. Pay the extra $20 for a nicer hotel in the area like I wish I had. We got grief from the employees also anytime we had a problem. The pool water and hot tub water looked murky.

My favorite place in Buena...

Liked: The Colony is well managed. A large property that secludes you from the street. The staff is professional and friendly. It's quiet and respectful. Nice sleep. Big rooms. Easy check-in. Clean Pool!
Disliked: Possible covert prostitution ring.

I would stay hereagain

Liked: convience to things around colony inn, convience to theme parks and other attractions.
Disliked: N/A

Liked: The location
Disliked: It was dirty, hair everywhere including in the microwave. Said it was non smoking but the whole room smelled like and ash tray! I will never stay there again nor will I recommend anyone to go and stay there.

Liked: It’s right across from the theme park.
Disliked: It’s super sketchy. People hang outside smoking and getting intoxicated. Very nasty feel.
