Disliked: Can hear upstairs, put me with 2 dogs on the first floor with low accessible windows, got no consistent sleep with PTSD/anxiety/depression-grief problems where sleep is important, across the hall customer provoking my dog's when I walked in the front door, lies about refund policy, and doesn't tell you about the pet policy that makes no legitimate sense.

Liked: Staff was kind.
Disliked: I was charged 5 separate times at all different rates from what was agreed on booking. I was told it was a 30% incidental charge that would be returned on checkout. I was charged this 4 separate times. Each one was slightly different. All under $30. When I asked about this they accidentally charged me a second time for the stay. This time for their onsite cost that was $40 more than booking. In total, I was charged approximately $500 more than original cost. The response to this by staff and management was “ we have refunded all over charges and they will be back on your account in 3-5 business days.” No apologies, no problem solving or empathy for taking $500 out of my account. I understand mistakes but I was in town due to loosing a father-in-law so it was last minute and had very little money to use in the first place. Staff was kind but poorly trained and made me feel like I was the problem that annoyed them. Sorry for the book but this was one of those experiences that really just hurt my faith in humanity and felt the need to share it.
