Liked: Had a beautiful upscale room that we had booked in advance, which fully lived up to our expectations. Staff were very courteous, helpful and showed real pride in their hotel.

Quick xmas getaway

Disliked: Tons of homeless people outside and sleeping in the parkade. Not the properties fault but be cautious.

Clean room in a great...

Liked: Room was clean, location was good, and the parking situation would have been great had the elevator been working. The cost included a $25 breakfast of some sort, which might have been good if anyone had been there to serve said breakfast.
Disliked: The elevator from the underground parking was down, and there was no stairwell to the parking garage. This required walking a block up a steep hill in an alleyway with about two inches of slush and snow on the ground. All while carrying luggage. Not ideal, but these things happen.I could have really used that breakfast, but the front desk staff were busy and simply said "breakfast is up there." I walked into the restaurant and looked around, but nobody was there, and there was no breakfast to be found. I was short on time, so after waiting for a few minutes I had to leave without having eaten. Looked like a nice place for breakfast if it had been on offer?
