Liked: I wasn’t expecting much after reading rewievs on my way from the airport, but what a nice surprice, the room was spacious and bathroom very nice, staff friendly and everything perfect. Can’ t complain about anything, thank you

Liked: The property was well located near Time Square and down town attractions as well as Central Park..The rooms are well equipped, but small for a couple with travel cases..
Disliked: There are no facilities such as a bar or coffee/ eating area apart from breakfast which isn’t open all day. There isn’t a foyer / lobby area to relax just a bench for checkin.

Perfect location and friendly staff

Liked: Location was perfect for broadway/Central Park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We never had any trouble with waits for the elevators and we were on the 23rd floor.
Disliked: Room was noisy at night but I imagine that comes with the territory and location.
