Liked: Very clean!
Disliked: Front desk person was not very helpful - it appeared that she was bothered to be doing her job.

Not worth the money and...

Liked: Location. That is all.
Disliked: Staffs were not freindly. There was one staff, big white guy and suited up, he seems nice and polite at first, but when I had to translate what he said to my mom, who cannot speak English fluently, he seems annoyed and irritated, and gave us a nuance or an warning that we should not talk with each other while talking with him.Same guy when we checked out. I wanted to pick up my bags stored in the hotel, he notified the staff in charge. I waitec for 15 min, starting to worry about the departure time, and asked again for my bags, he was so annoyed and even mad by my quetion. Well, as a hotel staff, he should be able to ease my worries and notified again. I even felt a bit offended, thinking it might be a racism against my family.

Disliked: Sound insulation of the room is very poor, got noisy neighbour next room and can hear the noise outside the room, disturbing my sleep throughout

Enthusiastically priced financial district venue...

Liked: It was clean and tidy, and a good location for those who want to be close to the financial district of the city, but rather than being a quality of hotel, it was a rection desk with a load of rooms above it. There was little, if anything to indicate you were in a quality hotel, and the steep prices didn't refle.ct its meagre offerings. That said, there is a bar next door which is a little friendlier, and it was clean and presentable
Disliked: They charge $100 deposit payable in advance to cover any breakages. Not sure what type of clientele they are accustomed to getting, but each to their own, I guess,

Liked: Bed was very comfortable. Loved the location and the English pub attached to the hotel! Great shower!
Disliked: Room was a little warm at night Parking for checkout was a bit difficult.
