Liked: This is an excellent hotel, well located and with helpful and courteous staff. Y
Disliked: I left a pair of trousers behind. Reporting the loss, which I did immediarely, sent me to a cumbersome and unsatisfactory system. That yielded a negative. We checked in again 2 days later. Same result. My advice to anyone is DON'T LEAVE ANYTHING BEHIND. You'll never see it again.

Liked: Perfect location to explore the city. Willis tower is 5min walk, du sable bridge is just 20min. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Disliked: The furniture is a little old, and sometimes you could hear the room next to you.
