Liked: Location to the airport.The convenience of its location afforded me the opportunity to relax longer in anticipation of an afternoon flight. Additionally, there was ample parking provided at no additional cost, which was a huge benefit over the downtown hotels.
Disliked: The room was just adequate. The television reception was spotty, at best, and adjusting to the lack of nearby dining establishements after 9:30PM was unfortunate. I was also issued a parking ticket no more than 30-minutes after I had just checked-in and registered my vehicle to park in the lot. The front desk validated it, but it was a bit unnerving after traveling across the country, arriving late, unable to locate nearby food, and enduring a line to check-in to the hotel.

Not a good hotel to...

Liked: Worst hotel I had ever seen. Old, toilet blocked, no hair blow dryer, bed cover old and smell bad, towel with black dirt on it. It really messed up my trip by staying at this kind of hotel. Called the front desk for blow dryer, they said would check and let me know, then didn’t called back. I called again they said sorry they don’t have it, I said if I know I wouldn’t booked your hotel, they said we can give you free breakfast at 7am for this inconvenience, oh, breakfast not included in booking price.. I need to leave at 4am thanks. In cold weather, I slept with my wet hair on a smelly bed, with broken toilet. What else can I say…

Aging hotel past its prime...

Liked: Location
Disliked: No hot water in first room for first night stay, second room spotty hot water. Finally changed our room, after multiple interactions. No linen service because our room was changed & we did not meet 3 day criteria. Bathroom door very heavy & difficult to move. Bathroom drafty & cold. Breakfast at hotel was not worth 12.00. Got parking ticket because computer system was not updated w room change. Staff able to fix it.
