I spent money on a superior king room and just got a regular room so that sucked and we had a view of cars when I asked for a pool view, so yeah, not good.

Liked: The bed.
Disliked: We got a bad view.

Liked: Clean, convenient and quiet.
Disliked: There was an issue with the front desk agent regarding an Amazon package delivery. I will be addressing this with their management in a seperate email. EVERYONE at this hotel except this person at the front desk has been exceptionally friendly and awesome

Worth the money as the...

Liked: The staff was great. The location convenientent. The place was in good shape and the staff took care of the place well.
Disliked: The homeless staying in the green space between the hotel and the power lot was concerning.

Liked: Good coffee
Disliked: Room needed a makeover.

NEVER TRUST THEIR MANAGER WITH...

Liked: We thought the place would have some form of class. Very disappointed.
Disliked: When checking in I specifically wanted my room to be clean each day of my visit to the Front Desk. When coming home the first night the room was not done! I complained to the main manager and she told me that they would refund me %50 of my second visit. To this day, my money has never been returned to us period! I will NEVER go to this establishment again. I will for sure tell everyone here in Las Vegas NOT to go either!!

Bad

Liked: clean but very noisy and lots of yelling

Terrible.

Liked: There was nothing liked about the hotel.
Disliked: The staff was rude, the room was dirty, the heater was hanging half way off the wall, the coffee machine was filled with gunk and unusable, they didn’t give me enough toilet paper when asked, the breakfast was terrible, the entire room was literally a lopsided structure and the carpets were gross and lifting up.

Disappointing

Disliked: The bad made a lot of noise, they took forever to give us the room, staff not friendly and parking space was really small.
