Nice cozy and clean but...

Liked: The room was clean and it was services everyday
Disliked: I didn't like that the rooms where outside and I had to carry my luggage up two flights of stairs as well as my kids I ask the lady at the front desk for a lower level room and she said she didn't have one available but as I was walking to the room I saw rooms open at the bottom!!
