Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We were told at check out we would receive a receipt via email and have not.

Liked: The room was comfy.
Disliked: Chemical smell.

Disliked: There was sh*t in the toilet when we checked-in!Bed linnen in fold out couch was not changed from previous guest!Bed cover was stained.Toilet was loose!

Liked: Out dated and beds were very hard and small.
Disliked: Outdated outside doors didn’t lock

Poor

Disliked: I didn’t like how the side door didn’t lock at all anybody could’ve came in and out. The price was absolutely ridiculous. I had a whirlpool tub in the room that dripped all night. The tub handle was broken, and it was scummy. The bathtub in our bathroom had hair in it and the room smelt musty.

Everything broken and dirty but...

Liked: The rooms were large and the beds comfortable.
Disliked: Everything was dirty, there was food wrappers left from last people. Fixtures were broken. Stains on carpet, walls, ceiling and blankets. The pull out sofa was broken.

Superb

Good basic lodging at a...

Liked: A great location for an event at the nearby State Fairgrounds. I got the exact type of room that I booked and paid for, and appreciated the pet friendly policy of the hotel (with an additional $15 per night room charge for doggo). Room was clean with basic personal care items provided.
Disliked: The property could use some maintenance and upkeep. i was there during rain and a lot of the public areas had buckets catching the water due to roof leaks. Small things are broken like the luggage cart, a wheel fell off while using. The vending machines (owned and serviced by an outside company) needed to be filled. Nothing major that would discourage me from staying there again.

Wouldn’t go back

Liked: Beds and pillows were super comfy
Disliked: They made me pay $50 extra for a jacuzzi that didn’t even work. Lots of noise. Looks like people live there and aren’t there just for vacation. Staff was not helpful at all. He was pretty rude.

Liked: Quite not a lot of people did not get bothered by staff
Disliked: Front desk need to have a better front desk system so that can go faster
