Disliked: The pictures from the website are very deceiving. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures. The hot tub water looked dirty. The inside of the hotel looked run down. The front desk staff was rude and added more fees at check in, even though we went through the booking site. We paid for two rooms, checked in at 5 only had one room key until they brought the other room key finally around 7pm after calling the front desk twice. After the boys swam, they showered and we finished the sleepover at my house. Horrible looking place.

Liked: I thought the hotel as a whole was great. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. My only two problems were that I was already told through email from the business that they would be fine with giving us a military discount because we are a USMC family and were there for a funeral of a Marine in our family. Still got charged full price even after saying something multiple times. My other complaint is more small but there were NO chairs to sit outside and enjoy the sun. It was over 80 degrees and sunny many days! Pool area locked and nothing to sit on and enjoy the outside
Disliked: No military discount even after being told they could accommodate it. And NO chair or anything to sit outside and enjoy the sun was a major bummer

Liked: The room was clean.
Disliked: I booked online so they said I made my reservation for an outside room entry. I wasn’t given the option when booking to select indoor/outdoor room entry. Staff was a little sketchy looking.
