Exceptional

This is my favorite place...

Liked: I love loved the breakfast, it had a variety of things to eat and it was all very delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a lounge I did not get to try but I'm going to next chance I get. They have a beautiful pool area with a hot tub and more. I feel like I'm vip when I stay at clarion. Thank you clarion for the tip treatment you swarmed me with!!! I give it 10 stars!!!!!!
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like, although I would have liked it if I could have smoked or vaped. Especially when it's raining or cold/hot outside.

Passable

Overall, not a good experience....

Liked: Location is good. Front staff very helpful.
Disliked: Parking was horrible. There was a convention going on and there were no parking in the lot. Also trying to get to the lobby fort breakfast from my room was a nightmare. I had to go thru the meeting in the conference center to get to the lobby. Interrupting the function in the conventioin center was unnerving. I will not return.

Bad

Liked: Check me in but never let me have the room charge me another 250 for a deposit and a pet fee of $29 so I was not allowed to stay after they booked me in my money
Disliked: Never made it past front doors

It was a nice little...

Liked: For it being by the interstate , it was still quiet and the breakfast food was hot
Disliked: Our room wasn’t cleaned whenever we arrived, went to the front desk and they said they’d have housekeeping come but housekeeping never showed up

Liked: Breakfast ends early, 9:30 am and if you come after 9 it’s not a great selection but the food was not bad and the staff was very helpful
Disliked: My only complaint is i wish breakfast was open later

Liked: Restaurant on property. Location to downtown Lexington. Close to the interstate.
Disliked: No elevator. The layout of the rooms. Remodeling could be done.

If you need to stay...

Liked: Not much. It had a bed. It had a shower.
Disliked: No elevator and we were 4th floor. The halls were dirty and needed vacuuming. The ceiling in our room had water damage. The tub drain kept closing while you showered. Noisy
