Would stay elsewhere

Liked: The lady that checked us in was super nice and helpful! The room was nice but they don’t clean out the fridges it had left over food and drinks in it. The breakfast could have been better the guy fixing the gravy and stocking the food was slower then my grandma he couldn’t keep tables and food area clean or food stocked. The day front desk person just sat at the front desk never greeted guests and played on his phone. When askedQuestions he couldn’t hardly answer as his English wasn’t very good. Upon check out we were charged a $40 for a stain on a comfort and I was questioned it . I was show. A picture of a comforter on the floor of in the cleaning room by an over flowing garbage can. And given a story that when the manager asked where the comforter came fromThey thought maybe the room we were in. I said no and explained how it couldn’t be as we use our own bedding due to allergies. And asked for the manager I was told the manager wasn’t there and that I could leave name and number she would get back to me. Se never called. I calledSeveral times it took almost two weeks for the manager to call me back. After she was very rude to me she gave me the money back and that took another two and a half weeks to get.
Disliked: More professionalism from management. Staff working not playing on cell phone (day staff). Better breakfast bar staff

Great hotel for a reasonable...

Liked: Huge nice room with fully functional equipments for a reasonable price, secured parking is a great value. Staff was really nice as well
Disliked: Only decaf in our room

Clean and convenient location

Liked: Comfortable and clean room . Pet friendly . Microwave and fridge in room . Clean grounds and gated for added security. Close to shops and restaurants. Friendly and welcoming staff .
Disliked: Everything was great ,no complaints

Liked: Such a nice property. Carpeted room, places to sit, quiet heater, excellent breakfast. Heated indoor pool. Water bottles in the room as a gift. Double vanity.
Disliked: A bit noisy by highway 101.
