Absolutely terrible experience and I honestly can say I don't have anything good to say about this hotel. Everything was filthy; it smelled like smoke; the carpet was coming up; the corner of the bed was broken; the trim/carpet was falling off the wall; the dresser drawer was hanging off; there was BLOOD all over the carpet; there was a box of Mike and Ike's under the mattress; the bed had dirt or bug droppings, hair and stains. I didn't complain because I knew moving to a different room would not fix the problem because it appeared the whole place was filthy and falling apart. I rented 2 rooms and would have been more comfortable sleeping in the car. I wouldn't stay there again even if it was free.

Liked: Short walk to Moxi, otherwise awful.

We had read ahead of time the negative comments about the train noise but we didn't think it was an issue. Only noticed it once during the night. We didn't use the pool but it looked clean and nice. Breakfast was good with plenty of selection. They said it was over at 10:00 but they kept bringing out more food for latecomers. Room was clean and well appointed. Desk crew was friendly and helpful. We owned a motel in Boulder for 30 years so could be critical, but honestly found nothing to complain about. Only our stampede experience was disappointing.

Disliked: Was given 2 different rooms and neither were clean. Both floors were obviously not swept and dirty towels were found in both closets. Front desk staff was friendly, helpful, and understanding. I'm sad to see a beautiful hotel go to crap.

Disliked: No tv remote. Asked for 1 didn't work. Asked for a 2nd. That's was the last 1 they had... didn't work. We believe homeless are staying there, but no problems.

Disliked: Once we arrived, there was no toilet paper and we had no shower curtain.

Geat location, you can’t be...

Liked: I loved the location. It’s in downtown Greeley making it easy to walk pretty much anywhere. The room was “clean” with a few details overlooked. But it pretty much had everything I needed for my trip. I forgot my conditioner and they had conditioner vs. 2 in 1 shampoo. Funny enough that was important to me. The woman at the front seat was very nice and helpful. She really keeps the place going. You should give her a raise!
Disliked: Because it’s an old building and the hallways have not been updated, it has a smells like a combination of musty and weed. There was no microwave in the room to make buying food convinced. The coffee maker in the room didn’t work. There were several long term “residence” and it shows. The breakfast offered was pretty sparse, mainly because the residents primarily use it as their main morning meal. They have signs up telling people not to take more than what you need… by 9am most of the offerings were already gone.
