Liked: Clean rooms and quiet.
Disliked: For the price paid there should have been a complimentary breakfast - even cheaper hotels offer that.

Quick taxi/Uber ride to Old Port. Great location, room was clean and quiet.

Disliked: The hotels restaurant was closed for breakfast. Construction work in hallways before 9 am. One of two elevators broken.

Disliked: It would have been very convenient if the restaurant was open for more than just breakfast. Hot tub was dirty and needed more water in it.
