Much to my dismay the room was dusty and dirty; the floors weren't mopped or swept, with hair all over the bathroom floor; the towels were old and thin, and frayed; the tissue box was empty and not sure the sheets on the bed were even changed prior to our visit; even the two apples were old.

Liked: The location.
Disliked: The housekeeping.

Liked: The bed was like sleeping on a cloud.

Liked: Location in downtown Grand Rapids is great - walk to restaurants, riverside trail. Very interesting, kind of funky layout inside hotel, but it worked for me.
Disliked: There were next to no services in the hotel itself - no food service open, no bar open, only front desk person as far as staff that I saw. The main thing I didn't like was having to pay such high prices for parking - I was unpleasantly surprised.

Liked: The room had a nice vibe. The bathroom fixtures were nice. I didn't notice noise from other guests.
Disliked: The beds were a bit too soft. The light controls were confusing. The shower was an awkward shape and there was no ventilation.

Liked: It was so small it was not conducive for 4 people
Disliked: Way over priced for the small accommodations. No breakfast options, and parking for 12 hours was $46 such a rip off
