Liked: Staff was particularly helpful and the location good.
Disliked: Some refurbishing would be good.

Our Vic show hotel from now on. The noise from L was a non issue for us. It sounded like a fan starting. Except in the morning when you could hear the conductor but it was a welcomed wake up call!
Liked: Superb location, around the corner from the Vic. Suite was reasonably priced a month from concert date. Modern hotel.
Disliked: Faucet packed up in the middle of the night. Woke up to wet carpet.

Right around the corner from The Vic Theatre, which was great! Very comfortable bed and pillows; a really quaint room with separate area for a sleeper sofa and second television. Reasonably priced room service, in-room snacks and bar. Heard the train and announcer but it didn't bother us at all.
Liked: Great location.
Disliked: Parking around the corner.

Great location; extremely friendly and helpful staff; excellent room. The front desk dudes had lovely customer service both on the phone and in person - helped with parking and directions around the city with detailed descriptions and maps, and were generally upbeat and positive. The room did a great job of preserving the building's traditional architecture (bathroom tile and tub, radiator, windows) while still having suave new-modern design elements. The bed was super comfy and had a bevy of pillows, which is always awesome. Thanks for the wonderful experience.
