Disappointing

Liked: The location was close to our friends & the staff were friendly and pleasant.
Disliked: The shower rod falling down , the broken door where anyone can walk in at night The expense paid for daily for our very small dog for 8 nights.The cost per night for the room was a little high.!!!

Awful stay , highly would...

Liked: I didn’t like anything about the property. First walked into the lobby it smelled like raw fish. The front desk lady was very rude & short with me. I got the Keycard to my room , to get upstairs look around and realize my hotel door didn’t lock !!!!!!! The hotel smelled like trash & everything was dirty. Asked to be moved, they threw us in the room next door which was just as dirty, sheets had holes in them , toilet was not clean. Service was the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Hospitality is 0. They’re very rude & dirty . I highly encourage people not to stay here, or even bother booking with this hotel. Not to mention we get on the elevator and it’s jumping an squeaking as if you could possibly get stuck on the elevator each ride. The doors doesn’t open properly. Hallways dirty , everything stinks & they are extremely disgusting & unprofessional.
