Had a great 2 day, 1 night stay at CitizenM in NYC with my daughter. Location was perfect. Hotel staff was excellent. Room, although small for some people, was perfect for us. My daughter loved the rain shower that changed colors. The breakfast we added for an additional charge was good. The decor was fun and funky!

Disliked: Small room.

Had a great stay; nice staff, always willing to help. They let us check in early which was a great thing because I had a broken foot and was on crutches and needed to put my luggage down. The hotel was right across the street from our show. So I went across the street with no problems. Hotel is in a perfect spot for what we needed - show, food and sleep. It was perfect and comfortable, very clean with free wifi.

Disliked: I didn't like the size of the room, it is tiny! And the bed is not comfortable, especially pillows. Even though I asked for a flat and soft one, I got the same that others, very high and firm. I end up trying to sleep on a towel. And that after advertising as "the fluffiest pillows ". Other than that, the hotel is nice.

Liked: We loved the lobby living room set up and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Location is just around the corner from Times Square. Staff Ambassadors were lovely, particular shout out to Ben.
Disliked: The iPad control was annoying. East to use and functional, but having to turn on the iPad every time you want to do something simple like turn lights or tv on and off was annoying. Room is incredibly small - it says that in the description but we were surprised. Best for couples, no privacy really.

Liked: The general vibe was modern without being obnoxiously so, as some places that go for that tend to be. There is a very well thought out sense of what a guest "needs" in a room - no frills but clean comfortable basics. The digital controls are very effective. Also a comfortable lobby experience with good breakfast setup. I rarely stay at a hotel without a short list of "misses" - didn't seem to find any here!
