Dirty room with blood stained...

Liked: This B&B was FAR from quaint. The staff tried, had wine and snacks before going to room. So dirty, I would have passed on snacks if I saw it first.
Disliked: Filthy unchanged sheets, hair and food in sheets. Walls dirty& floors dirty. No one to help, rummaged through the house for clean sheets. Then I saw the blood stained mattress cover! Contacted owner about huge problem, just texted me they’d look into it. Disputing the credit card bill for extreme misrepresentation.

I can warmly recommend this...

Liked: Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit and good coffee. We arrived perfectly for a complimentary glass of wine- thanks!
Disliked: A bit noisy fridge in the room but we disengaged it during the night.

Nice stay but could have...

Liked: The lounge and breakfast area were very pleasant, warm and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Good breakfast provided. Afternoon drinks and nibbles were also a nice touch. Location was reasonably close to town plaza if you like a good walk. Quiet location.
Disliked: We stayed in the Cottage which was isolated from the main house and was very dark with no natural light. It wasn’t a very cosy space when the weather was cold and wet. Staff were not familiar with local activities or places to visit.
