Drove down for concert at the Cherokee Resort and Event Center. Reserved through ConcertHotels.com. My room was ready when I arrived. Front desk was very accommodating. The hotel offered shuttle service over to the Casino. Driver was kind and knowledgeable.

Liked: Customer service; room availability.
Disliked: Nothing bad.

Staff, room accommodations and value...

Liked: Staff very friendly and accommodating . No problem with Booking room, also happy with shuttle to and from Casino.Room clean and enjoyed breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
Disliked: Everything was fine.
