Had we known, that since our trip to Toronto was to keep an early appointment at the hospital we could have had a reduced rate. We were disappointed that we were not informed. I also feel it should not have been neccessary to pay for our stay when we booked the room nearly two months ahead of time. What would we have done if we had had to cancel. No refund probably!

Perfect location; everything was accessible and in walking distance.

Liked: The room was fairly big, clean and updated.
Disliked: The room was too warm and we could not control the thermostat at all.

AMAZING! We even got an upgrade when we got there to a newer room, just because of a birthday. Also free parking! Very nice and clean.

Liked: The location was great. Was only a 30-minute walk from the rogers center and 5 minutes from the eaton center. The room was great, and the bed was so comfy. The staff there were so helpful and very polite. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better weekend in Toronto.

Liked: Super convenient location, coffee shops and restaurants around were great. As a hotel it was perfectly decent.
Disliked: I wish there was a way to separate hotel rooms ""with a bathtub"" (shower tub that isn't great to use) vs an actual bathtub. Also would not recommend the coffee shop downstairs
