Location safe old school charming hotel with breakfast.

Liked: Safe location hotel. Old school charm boutique hotel. Breakfast delicious. Rooms clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: No lift but its only three levels of hotel.

Liked: Breakfast and location.
Disliked: They changed our reserved room, it was a double and they placed us in a single. We traveled with our pet and we had luggage, it was very uncomfortable, the room was very hot, we should have asked for help about it. They don't really have parking.

Close to downtown, older and beautiful place to stay

Liked: Nice staff!! Clean, room was beautiful , sheets clean, comfortable ,Liked the smallFridge and safe were nice
Disliked: Window was opened has to ask front desk to close it as there was no handle lol and the toilet seat wouldnt stay up which was difficult for the spouse. For anyone who must know there are enough stairs here and NO elevator

It was a good stay, just what we were looking for for a weekend visit

Liked: Location was great and the historic feel was lovely. Very clean.
Disliked: The shower would benefit from a curved rod the make showering in the small tub space comfortable. Housekeeping did a lovely job but we suggest that 8:30 / 9:00am is too early for rooms to be attended to in the morning. We were barely awake when the knock came to make up the room. Coffee in the room was convenient but perhaps some bottled water should be supplied.

Over all our stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel has a boutique feel we look for in a city stay.
