Liked: The room was clean and neat. And the place is comfortable to stay.
Disliked: When I was about to check in late at night 9th of April, the front desk lady was kinda rude and didn't give clear directions to where my room was. I found it confusing as a first timer guest and had no idea of the area. But good thing, there was an approachable and nice lady from the dining area that directed me to where the building is.

But overall the place is good but needs to improve more in the customer service of your front desk.
