Chateau Louis Hotel & Conference Centre, Edmonton

We came here to attend the Garth Brooks concert and was very pleased with the hotel. We ventured out for lunch to Needle Vinyl Tavern and it was very good. They played live music which was quite entertaining and not loud. They happened to be serving brunch until 2:30pm on Saturday. We never had an opportunity to eat in your restaurant, but did have an appetizer in the piano bar. The service was awesome and the food was very good. After the show we went back to the piano bar for some entertainment and another drink. Breakfast in the morning was good but not over the top. We would stay here again for sure.

Liked: It was very quiet and the bed was very comfy. We loved the piano bar and our server was very good and attentive. We didn't catch her name but would like to thank her again.
Disliked: The room was a bit too warm and the hallway smelled a bit of smoke.

Great value for the price...

Liked: We needed a last minute place to stay within walking distance and so booked on the spot. Front desk staff were extremely courteous and friendly. We arrived around 10 pm when all restaurants were closed, but met some locals in the pub downstairs who gave us information on local mechanics (our car was broken down). The bartender was amazing and helped us to find some pizza to order...super friendly. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
Disliked: Can't think of anything that needed improvement...

Disliked: If they had slippers, but it's literally the only recommendation.

Liked: Good staff. Nice room with all we need. Convenient location.
Disliked: Bathroom cleaning can be improved. When we move in there are hairs on the bathtub and the toilet.
