Great stay.!
Liked: Room is clean, AC is working great and bathroom is spacious and Ioved all the mirrors and plus great view both day and night. Also, there are more elevators to accommodate bunch of guests. Staff are all nice!
Disliked: Although staff were nice but they should give the free breakfast coupon upon check-in not wait until the guest will ask for it.

Liked: The front desk check-in lady was very dry and did not smile once. When I called down to discuss no clean towels, etc. the front desk person pushed the blame back on me because I was talking with the custodian outside my door. She informed me that I was required to ask to have my room cleaned, yet the custodian had entered my room prior with her key and without a request being put in. So, I believe what she told me was untrue, and another pleasant front desk associate said the rooms are cleaned daily. Thank you to her. She was awesome and corrected all my issues promptly. However, the hotel is very nice and in a great area. Also, I encountered many pleasant hotel associates. But, the front desk person and the custodian were not. This hotel is too expensive to employ less than the best customer service employees. Do better but reward the good ones.
Disliked: The check-in process and the custodian. One was unpleasant and the other was flat out rude.
