Liked: Friendly staff, social hour and breakfast good.Pool good
Disliked: Elevators didn’t work. Drain in bath tub didn’t drain. A little dirty and dated.

Liked: The breakfast area was big and open.
Disliked: The cleaning was a 1 out of 10. Toilet was clogged even after someone went in to "fix it." Around toilet and tub, there was pubic hair. Was really disappointing as my family and I had been on the road for many hours and were very tired .we had booked here because we usually stay at embassy suites for the breakfast, comfort, and cleaningness of the property

Disliked: The drain in the shower didnt work - we had to clean out ourselves. It worked for two nights and then refused to drain again. Literally had to skip a showers the night before checking out. Housekeeping was hit and miss about refilling items each day.

Liked: The buffet breakfast.
Disliked: The bathroom tub was not clean a missing stopper. The crevices on the doors were dusty and needed to be cleaned. The room itself was dated and worn. The hotel was overpriced for the quality of what was provided.
