The bathroom was very clean and the beds were perfect.

Liked: The staff was helpful about accessing the trolley and giving highway directions. The morning breakfast was more than sufficient and easy to access.
Disliked: Only one thing - the stairs to my room need repair. It probably wasn't dangerous but one of them wobbled so one didn't feel totally secure climbing up and down.

Disliked: There were roaches in the bathroom and the wifi would go on and off!! The office was located in a bad position in the hotel

Liked: many drawers, spaceous, just like in more expensive hotels, close to the public transportation and Japan town Asian restaurants, 7eleven store is in walking distance
Disliked: Shower water is either cold fo 5 minutes or super hot, the room smells with deodorants, they should not use deodorants on the carpet, instead ventilate better.

Super outdated room

Liked: It was ok on the outside
Disliked: It’s very old and outdated. They give you a key, like a large car key to lock and unlock the door. We didn’t have a smoke detector, there was a big box TV, the beds are uncomfortable, the closet didn’t have a door, we had an ironing board with no iron and the tiles in the bathroom were cracked. There’s rust on the shower rods. The room looked NOTHING like the photos online.
