Safe, comfortable, clean hotel

Liked: The suite was very well set up. I loved the full kitchenette even though I didn't use if you are traveling it's perfect.
Disliked: The shower flooded floor even with curtain closed, the drain cap kept dropping even though I tightened it so tub filled with water twice for a 10 min shower. The water was Luke warm never hot but got the job done. So shower was the only problem.

Disliked: The bed was so old and knotty that my husband nor I rested well.

Liked: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs with three pets traveling with us. They even came around with free meals on certain days!
Disliked: I can’t think of anything we could possibly be displeased with or anything they could have done to make our stay more comfortable.

Liked: I will only stay here everytime I come to Yuma, Az. It so feels like home, staff is exceptionally friendly, goes out of their way to do anything etc. Best place ever
