Thank you so much!
Liked: This was the first time traveling with my pet Valentine. She is my dog and this was a great place to stay.
Disliked: I loved everything about it so I was able to deal with the noise from the highway. I was next to it rooms on the other side probably didn’t hear it as much. It did not impact my stay at all though.

Clean, accommodating rooms. Basic hotel
Liked: the hotel was okay but very basic and sterile. It was comfortable. The breakfast was good but slow.

Nice staff but the smell...
Disliked: The smell of the room was extremely strong it lasted the entire stay. We had the window open to air it out but that didn’t help. The staff provided an air freshener and a plug in. It was a temporary fix.

Good for an overnight stay...
Liked: The bed was comfortable- a little high so could be an issue for a person with mobility difficulties. A real coffee pot in the room.
Disliked: A bit dingy… lobby is not welcoming although Katrina at reception was very nice.

Great place to stay if...
Liked: Quiet room great for my cats. The little kitchen was great, loved the full size fridge. Staff was very friendly. The bed was comfy and had a choice of pillows to match your sleeping style.
Disliked: Water pressure wasn't great, but doable.

Staff nice, but shoddy accommodations;...
Liked: Nice staff
Disliked: Advertised as a 1-bedroom suite. This needs to be changed on Booking.com, as the hotel staff advised that there are no suites with walled-off bedrooms at the property. This was a problem, because our infant’s sleep is easily disrupted. We were able to put her pack’n’play in the accessible shower, though we initially didn’t appreciate being put in an accessible room because have you ever tried to bathe a squirmy infant without a tub or reasonably-sized sink? Washing machine shredded an old, beloved waterproof picnic blanket. Just absolutely chewed it up. Will never stay at a Candlewood ever again. This brand has really gone downhill.
